Overview
As the founder and lead developer of VisionX, my role covered the full development cycle—from concept and architecture to implementation and deployment.
I built VisionX using a modern tech stack, including Node.js, Fastify & TypeScript for backend services, React and Tailwind CSS for user-facing dashboards, and MongoDB for database management. Horizon, the external anti-cheat component, was developed leveraging Electron.js combined with ffi-napi and low-level security techniques for robust, client-side detection.

Key Contributions
Architecture & Backend: Designed and implemented a scalable backend architecture, optimizing detection algorithms and integrating with existing game servers. Used Node.js, TypeScript, and MongoDB to ensure performance, reliability, and easy maintainability.
Frontend & UI/UX: Developed intuitive dashboards and configuration panels using React and Tailwind CSS. Focused on providing administrators and moderators with clear, actionable insights on suspicious activity.
External Client Development: Created Horizon, a downloadable anti-cheat module built with JavaScript and low-level hooks. This optional client provided additional layers of protection and real-time detection, elevating overall security standards.
Continuous Improvement: Iterated based on community feedback, refining detection methods, minimizing resource usage, and ensuring seamless integration with both the integrated and external components.
Outcome
The result is a fully realized anti-cheat ecosystem widely adopted by more than 1000 international clients. Through careful technology selection, strong architectural decisions, and ongoing refinement, I ensured VisionX and Horizon deliver reliable, high-performance protection while maintaining a positive player experience.
